55 Large Residence.

Project Overview.
A residence shaped
to its neighborhood.
Opportunity
55 Large Avenue began as an early-2000s residence, built in 2002, on a 0.18-acre site in Hillsdale. The home offered a sound suburban base in an established Pascack Valley neighborhood, with a presentation that had fallen behind current expectations.
Strategy
The approach was redevelopment and repositioning: keep what the existing residence did well and move it toward a cleaner, more contemporary finished residence.
Execution
The prior-condition and completed exteriors show the residence moved from a dated early-2000s presentation to a refreshed, more current elevation suited to the street.
Outcome
The completed 2,604-square-foot home offers four bedrooms and three and a half bathrooms, bringing current livability to a well-located Hillsdale property.
