The thesis was a contemporary home planned to maximize usable living space, delivering full-scale family living within a tight footprint.
Execution
Bright, open living areas and formal dining lead to a kitchen with quartz counters, an island and stainless appliances, with hardwood floors throughout the main living spaces.
Outcome
Completed in 2021, the 2,556-square-foot residence offers four bedrooms and three bathrooms, showing how a disciplined program can deliver a complete family home on a compact Englewood site.
