360 Tenafly Road.

Project Overview.
A residence shaped
to character and setting.
Opportunity
360 Tenafly Road is a three-story Englewood residence built in 1906, set on an unusually substantial 0.51-acre site. Few properties in the area combine this period character with a lot of this depth.
Strategy
The approach was preservation-minded repositioning: keep the home's residential scale and early-20th-century character, and renew the property for contemporary living.
Execution
The before and after exteriors show a residence renewed in presentation while retaining the architectural presence that defines it, set within the generous grounds of its Englewood site.
Outcome
The completed 3,604-square-foot residence combines historic presence with modernized livability, anchored by one of the more generous sites among Englewood's established residential streets.
