Opportunity
203 Queen Anne Road occupies a 0.18-acre site in Bogota, Bergen County. The prior condition showed a modest existing property on a parcel that could support more efficient, contemporary residential use in an established town.
Strategy
The thesis was new attached residential construction, with modern planning in place of the prior structure so the compact parcel could deliver current housing product.
Execution
The completed residence is planned around open, light-filled interiors and generous ceiling heights. Engineered hardwood floors, a modern kitchen, current finishes and an attached garage complete the program.
Outcome
Completed in 2023, the 2,116-square-foot residence offers four bedrooms and three bathrooms, bringing new-construction housing to an established Bergen County neighborhood.
